during my three-night stay in a Comfort Harbor View, with Club service room, I loved how close I was to Araha Beach, just a short walk away, and I enjoyed the diverse dining options nearby, like Rockers Cafe only steps from the hotel, making it perfect for leisurely city strolls and outdoor dining.

lack atmosphere

the pool area was absolutely tiny, and it definitely got crowded. the so-called ‘moon club’ on the 7th floor felt more like a hospital waiting room. i almost considered giving a good review, but how could i when they didn’t even offer any room upgrades or complimentary snacks? utterly disappointing.

The bathroom lighting is way too dim for my taste!!! The shower took forever to warm up, which is unacceptable!!! The lack of an in-room food menu is a letdown!!! Some views are disappointing, facing a parking lot!!!

Our family had an amazing 5 nights in the Superior Room with Club service. The design was perfect for us, offering great space and storage. The rooftop infinity pool provided stunning ocean views, while the breakfast on the 7th floor was a delightful way to start each day. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel right at home!

friendly staff

Family with children will love it

The rooms were super clean and had a microwave and mini fridge which was perfect for little ones late-night snacks. The staff were really friendly they even helped me with recommendations for nearby restaurants that were perfect for kids.

It wasn’t cheap but still doable.
